I offer bespoke training developed specifically to meet the professional development needs of your staff, delivered by my team of autistic trainers. We offer training which goes well beyond the basic awareness level. I bring to the training my extensive familiarity with the professional working environments of social care and education.
I offer a wide range of courses covering both the Social Care (adults and children) and education sectors. See below for further details.
I prefer face to face delivery whenever possible, because it provides for the best learning experience for participants. However, all courses can also be delivered virtually via Zoom or MS Teams.
Bespoke Training
I am always happy to create bespoke courses to meet specific needs. All of my training is routinely adapted to the policies, documentation and context of each client. But I am also happy to create entirely novel courses to meet particular needs.

Autism Training for Social Care (Adults and Children)
All our autism training provides coverage of the Core Capabilities Framework for Supporting Autistic People [PDF] and The Capabilities Statement for Social Work with Autistic Adults at relevant levels. Our autism training for health and social care settings meets the requirements of s.181 The Health and Care Act 2022 and CQC regulations and will fulfil the requirements of the forthcoming Code of Practice.
Autism Training for Education
I offer a full day course on autism for schools, encompassing the basics, reasonable adjustments, communication, sensory issues and behavioural issues. The course may also by split into shorter 90 minute sessions. Click below for more details.
We also provide workshop sessions giving staff an opportunity to discuss specific issues, examples and practice experiences in a supportive atmosphere and discuss and receive feedback on strategies.
